Andrew, the co-owner with his spouse, does not roast his own but rather concentrates on pulling the best shots from superior ingrediants for the drinks he prepares. The drinks were excellent and I was also able to purchace some very tasty zuchini bread.
The only down side is that with him working out of a trailer the drinks come in paper cups. Once I found this out I brought my own ceramic cup and he was happy to use it for my drink.
